About The Guest
Bill Partyka is President and Chief Executive Officer of Gerber Products Company. Gerber, founded in 1928, is a Nestle´ company. Nestle´ and Gerber’s combined resources and scientific research expertise have enabled the company to become a worldwide leader in early childhood nutrition.
Prior to joining the Gerber business, Bill led the Global Commercial team at Wyeth Nutrition. His responsibilities included global brand management, innovation development and implementation, marketing activation, performance development and business unit strategic planning, and financial operations. He joined Wyeth in early 2010 following its acquisition by Pfizer, Inc.
Before joining Wyeth Nutrition, Bill had more than 20 years of experience within the consumer foods industry transforming large-scale consumer brands by capitalising on the growing interest in meaningful health and wellness benefits. He worked at ConAgra Foods, where he led the $1billion Healthy Choice franchise, and also spent 15 years at General Mills leading large-branded portfolios in ready-to-eat-cereals, salty snacks and convenience baking products categories. In addition, Bill has also held functional positions in financial management, market research category management and sales operations.
Bill holds an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Finance both from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.
